Indipendent arms and disc
Ensures smooth processing without jolts
NO-STOP Springs
The spring suspension on each disc cushions tilling blows in stony terrain
Mulching and Working Tall Grass
The discs are capable of disposing of tillage residues even in grassed or green manure-covered soils
Wet soil
This model is also capable of working on wet ground where the tiller generally fails
This crusher model represents the technological evolution of the historical disc morgano, a typical agricultural tool of the past.
In addition to the considerable difference in working, it has the characteristic of being much easier to use than the equipment of the past.
In fact, it has no lateral ‘pulls’ during working.
For example, compared to a trailing harrow it ensures greater stability so that there are no derailments during pulling.
The independent discs with NO-STOP spring make the machine very stable even on stony and rocky ground.
These features make it particularly suitable for use as a disc harrow for vineyards.
It accelerates tillage operations in the row, reducing time and the negative effects of tilling. It is a fast machine and requires no power take-off.
It is indispensable in green manure management because it is not afraid of wet or heavily grassed soils.
What does it look like?
- Variable-width frame, robust structure suitable for fast working;
- It consists of two rows of independent discs that can be configured in ‘X’ or in LINE depending on the planting and the desired level of finish;
- Independent sprung arms for working on rocky terrain;
- In the vineyard, it is configured with lateral and central track-breaking anchors;
- Rear roller that stabilises the machine and refines the tilled soil;
- Roller working height adjustment;
- Vertical reducibility useful in manoeuvres and for road transport.
The independent discs make this machine capable of working wet soils or soils with a high presence of plant matter. This feature is essential for working even in emergency conditions.
Fast and easy operation is the strength of this machine.
It does not require the use of the tractor’s PTO.
Stone, rock, barren and skeleton-rich soils are the ideal terrain for this type of machine. No other machine can perform a job as smoothly as this disc harrow model. It is not only a clod-breaker, but also breaks up and flattens the soil.

Ancora rompi-traccia
Nel vigneto le ancore rompi-traccia (una centrale e due laterali) dissodano il terreno lungo la linea di calpestio della vendemmiatrice e del trattore.

I have a 50 hp tractor, is a version available for my tractor?
It depends. Our independent disc harrow doesn’t require a lot of power from the tractor, but as the DISK CULT is a robust machine it has an adequate weight for the work it has to do. Answering the question: if the tractor is old and has an orchard or open field set-up, it will be able to carry our harrow. If, on the other hand, it is a specialised vineyard tractor, isodiametric type, and has a small load capacity, then we do not recommend using it.
Is it suitable for a crawler tractor?
Yes and not. There are no problems per se. But we recommend a wheeled tractor because DISK CULT performs best at higher speeds (from 7 km/h onwards).
Therefore, to get the most out of this type of machine, we recommend wheeled tractors as they are better suited to high speeds.
Warranty
The machine is covered, as by law, by warranty for malfunctioning or defective parts.
User and maintenance manual
The machine is accompanied by technical documentation to illustrate its best use
Support
Staff are able to provide support to the user in case of operational needs
Spare parts
Stocks are guaranteed so that a large proportion of spare parts are promptly supplied to the customer in case of need.
Financial services aimed at the purchase of our agricultural machinery are solutions designed to facilitate the acquisition of goods and tools necessary for the professional activity of the farm. These services represent an important opportunity for those wishing to invest in equipment, machinery or other essential assets for the farm business.
Financial services such as loans and leasing have conditions that can be adapted to the customer’s needs.
The main advantage is the flexibility offered to customers in acquiring assets without having to make an immediate cash outlay.

Leasing
An operating lease for a machine consists of paying a small fee that allows you to use that asset like a monthly rent. At the end of the period you acquire ownership.
Tax benefits
State tax concessions are a discount or reduction on tax payments that help companies save money and thus lighten the burden of taxation. These concessions are obtained by purchasing an agricultural machine and their extent is regulated by government regulations. Contact us if you want to know more.
Financing
A special purpose loan is a loan that allows you to buy something without having to pay for it all straight away. It is a special loan to buy a specific good and then pay back little by little with each instalment, usually monthly.
